From the
looks of things around here you probably think that I eat, drink, and sleep
cars. While not too far from the truth, I actually do have a life outside of
the driver's seat.
When I am not
at work . . . Surprisingly I actually have many interests that consume
my time. However, I have been giving up many of them. I love spending time
with Tawnia, the hardest thing is trying to figure out what we want to do
most of the time. But when she is gone (which is pretty often now that she
is back in school) I occupy myself with computers, the
car club, and friends amongst other things. I used to be heavily into remote
control vehicles. I have had 3 trucks, 2 cars, and a plane, none of which I
have any more. I also used to be heavily into paintball, played weekly at
the local indoor joint, but again, sold all my equipment once I stopped
using it. I consider myself to be a fairly well traveled person, I have been
around the entire U.S. and have had many cross country trips with my father.
July's trip to Canada was my first time out of the country though. I also
lived in Denver CO one summer while still in High School, and found myself
in Cleveland OH for my first year of college, one I would not finish.
A special
thanks goes out to all those that have helped me along in life. I feel that
I have been fortunate that those that have been involved with and
influenced my life have both positively and negatively. I feel it has made
me a well rounded person. Without disappointment, you can't appreciate
victory.
